  • Apply dress code requirements

We are not liable for changes made directly by golf courses or resorts.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward hotels, golf courses, transport providers, and other guests.

We reserve the right to terminate arrangements without refund if behaviour is considered abusive, dangerous, illegal, or disruptive.

Customers may be held financially responsible for damage caused during their trip.

12. Limitation of Liability

We act as an organiser and intermediary for travel and golf-related services provided by third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Losses caused by third-party suppliers

  • Delays or cancellations outside our control

  • Personal injury unless caused by our negligence

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Indirect or consequential losses
